Graduating from the University of Science with an Honors Bachelor Degree (taught in French). With his passion for Chemistry and dedication to developing educational careers during the era of digital technology, Mr. Pham Minh Truong always keeps learning and improving his professional competence and advanced pedagogical skills.

Based on his great non-stop efforts, he has achieved many recognitions from experts, played many important professional roles and joined in some scientific-applied research activities, such as: The training of teachers on the HCMC excellent student team in Chemistry; Chemistry teacher in Le Hong Phong high school for the gifted; the author of some meaningful scientific research projects, such as: making biodegradable films, and researching antiseptic liquid from pharmaceutical materials…

Following the big change of education under the impact of the 4.0 industrial revolution, he also shares about his innovative plans for schools: "Our schools need to modernize and one of the core changes is to improve lecturers’ competences because they are "masters of teachers, key factors of training quality in the pedagogical universities and have a direct influence on the quality of high school teacher teams". Besides, we need to design schools curriculums approaching the 4.0 industry, STEM education, Applied-Information Technology and understand how to convey effective knowledge to students”.
