Sports Courses at EMASI Academy

EMASI Academy offers a variety of exciting sports and physical development courses for students from Kindergarten to High School. These courses not only help children familiarize themselves with new sports and create excitement, but also help in physical training and, equally important, enhance height development. 

We have sports courses for students of various levels, from beginner to advanced and even competition level. 

Sports courses at EMASI Academy include: 

  • Swimming

Understanding that physical education, especially swimming skills, holds the key to the comprehensive development and well-being of students, EMASI Academy’s swimming courses are make available with the aim of highlighting the role of water safety while encouraging the children and the whole school community to take up swimming as lifesaving and life-enriching skills.

  • Basketball

EMASI Academy offers favorable conditions for students to practice basketball – a sport subject that helps enhance flexibility as well as boost height growth. In addition to giving students the opportunity to interact and learn with highly qualified coaches and friends who share the same passion, the course also provides ideal relaxing moments, giving students a great source of motivation and new energy.

  • Football

Taking the football course at EMASI Academy, students are allowed to enjoy benefits not only in terms of physical health but also mental health. With our football field designed to strictly meet modern standards, students are ensured great moments of training their athletic abilities. Moreover, through practice sessions as well as friendly matches on the field, children gradually form friendship, thereby understanding the value of teamwork.

  • Multi-skills (5 – 7 years old) 

To ensure that students aged 5-7 have a solid foundation of motor skills before trying out more sports, EMASI Academy offers Multi-skills courses focusing on fostering balance, muscle strength and the ability to control and coordinate parts of the body.

The course are well-designed to combine learning and playing, integrating exercises with recreational and interactive activities, including running short distances, jumping – kicking, balancing, catching and throwing, etc. Encouraged to participate in these activities, children are given the opportunity to improve coordination and balance, agility and flexibility, endurance and speed.

By practicing these skills on a regular basis, children gradually improve the function of their body parts and more importantly, strengthen their health and resistance, further improving their immune system.

  • Martial Art

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu – BJJ is a great self-defense martial art that is derived from Judo. In addition to great physical benefits, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is also ideal for cultivating qualities such as perseverance, determination, humility, and self-confidence.

  • Indoor Rock-climbing

The Indoor Rock-climbing courses at EMASI Academy give students the opportunity to experience this exciting sport in safely designed facilities and under the guidance of experienced coaches. In addition to helping to improve physical fitness and enhance flexibility and coordination of the body, indoor climbing allows students to practice perseverance, build courage and confidence to overcome challenges.
