EMASI joining the Earth Hour Movement: “Speaking Up For Nature”
Earth Hour is one of the world’s largest environmental movements, started by the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) in 2007, and created with the intention of motivating people to switch off non-essential electric lights from 8:30 to 9:30 PM on the last Saturday of March. As WWF’s media partner this year, EMASI warmly welcomes the EMASI community to follow the 2021 motto of the movement: “Speaking up for nature”.
The Earth Hour 2021 aims to encourage people to be aware of the environment as well as take action to eliminate power and plastic waste, reducing greenhouse gas emissions and fighting for a world with no plastic in nature. Through a short trailer from WWF Vietnam, parents and students not only have the opportunity to understand the environmental issues facing our planet, but? also be inspired to care for nature.
