Ms Thuy Van chose the teaching profession because of the joy she feels when witnessing her students’ progress and realizing her contribution to their success. For her, the most valuable reward is seeing her students grow and become more confident each day.

She draws inspiration from elementary school teachers, who not only provide knowledge but also create a supportive and encouraging learning environment. Ms Thuy Van always reminds her students that if they have a passion or a specific dream, they should strive to pursue it and work hard to make it a reality.

She encourages them not to fear making mistakes, as it is through those mistakes that we learn and grow. She aspires to be a guide, helping students discover their own potential and achieve their big dreams.
