Ms Van Cao

For Ms Cam Van, the primary goal of education is to equip students with the ability to learn independently and explore the vast treasure of knowledge. She likens students to computers; if they cannot process input data effectively, it is challenging to produce quality output. Teachers, as “engineers of the soul,” are those who help students establish and refine core knowledge and skills.

To fulfill this mission, Ms Cam Van always creates a positive and diverse learning environment to maximize each student’s potential. For her, learning is not just about absorbing knowledge but also about experiencing and being creative. She encourages students to express their creativity and consistently acknowledges their efforts during the learning process.

Most importantly, she believes that a teacher must have understanding, listen to students, and continuously seek and update new knowledge to improve themselves and enhance the quality of education.
