Ms Thanh Nguyen

Ms Yen Thanh has chosen to become a teacher due to her admiration for her Grandpa, a retired school principal who shared to her many memorable experiences during his teaching career.

With the belief that each student is a unique individual with their own special abilities, she always strives to create an inspiring classroom environment where students can maximize their potential.

She designs lively and comfortable classrooms, encouraging self-directed learning to stimulate curiosity and creativity. Specifically, she focuses on differentiated instruction, adjusting the lessons and requirements to suit each group of students, provides opportunities for group work and peer support. She also frequently provides positive feedback, praising students’ efforts and creating moderate challenges that help students feel confident and enthusiastic about learning.
