Ms Phuong Nguyen

As a School Counselor, a companion to the students, Ms. Phuong always reminds herself “There is always more than one way to solve a problem”. This perspective helps Ms. Phuong approach and receive students’ stories with a more open and comprehensive spirit and flexibly use counseling techniques corresponding to each student.

The most important thing is to create an open conversation, non-judgmental atmosphere, thereby empowering students to participate in the process of reflection and self-inquiry from many different angles as well as promoting individuality in providing solutions to students’ own problems.
