Ms Tra My always hopes that each student will recognize that they are loved and valued when they come into this world. Every student is created in the most unique way, with different emotions, intellect, and talents. Each one will be a piece of a larger picture through connections and bonds with family, classmates, and the community.

To achieve this, educators need to be more than just teachers; they must also be friends to the students. A teacher needs to have a heart full of love and care for the younger generations of the country, providing proper guidance, listening, empathy, respecting differences, and showing tolerance. This way, students are accepted, inspired, and motivated to develop emotionally and academically, and to explore new things.
