Ms. Hong Hanh creates a positive classroom environment by fostering respect, collaboration, and open communication so that each individual can develop his or her strengths.

She organizes hands-on activities that apply knowledge of science, engineering, and technology to enable students to apply what they have learned in real life and develop the 4Cs skills – Creativity, Collaboration, Critical thinking, and Communication. In addition, students of different abilities are supported through differentiated instruction and personalized learning strategies to meet each individual’s learning styles and needs.

To motivate and engage students, she regularly organizes challenging activities between groups, practical applications, and encourages active participation, making the classroom environment both interesting and meaningful.
