Ms Ela is enthusiastic about effective classroom management because it fosters a supportive and fruitful learning environment. Making sure each student feels encouraged and driven to learn is her main objective. The class will succeed, in her opinion, if there are regular routines, defined expectations, and good reinforcement.

Good classroom management lessens distractions and encourages students to take responsibility for their behavior.
