I believe that every student has a unique identity, their own opinions, perspectives, and areas of strength. Therefore, every student should feel confident in expressing themselves. Every question they ask and every hand they raise in the classroom is a reflection of their willingness to think independently, their confidence, and their desire to explore and discover knowledge.

As a teacher, my responsibility is to create an environment where students feel comfortable and confident expressing their creativity, individuality, and ideas, while also having the opportunity to recognise, develop, and make the most of their strengths.
