Mr. Son’s educational philosophy is centered on guiding students toward critical thinking, teaching them how to learn to coexist, and helping them affirm their identities.

He consistently poses questions to stimulate students’ thinking and enhance their critical thinking skills. In his view, a teacher must be dedicated, passionate, and caring, serving as a worthy role model for students to emulate.
